How can I see who added me to their favorites?

To see who added you to their favorites go to : vos coups de cœur reçus (in the mobile app: Favorites > Received).
To see all your favorites, go to : https://app.meetmydoggo.com/favorites. If you're using the mobile app, go to the "Favorites" tab..
