Did you thoroughly check the photo before submitting your ID document?
It may not be validated by our software (copy/unreadable photo, missing OCR, document not supported by our software, etc.).
For our software to validate an identity, the OCR (zone with numbers, letters, and signs) must be clear, without reflections with all characters readable, and must not exceed 10 MB.
