Question
How to organize the first meet with a pupper?
Answer
Once you've found a pupper whose profile you like, it's time to meet with its owner.
The first meeting is important for both you and them. It allows you to talk to the owner and get to know the dog in order to make an objective decision and see if you want this doggy to be entrusted to you.
To organize the first meet, send a message to the owner you want to meet through the Meet My Doggo's messaging system, and communicate with them to decide on the location, date, and time. At this point, you can also give the owner your email and/or phone number if you wish.
We recommend organizing the first meet in a public place. We also recommend asking as many questions as possible to get to know the owner and their dog before borrowing it. Don't hesitate to ask the owner for advice. This way you will be able to take care of the dog they will entrust you with as best you can.
Remember that there are dogs with very different personalities, and some dogs suit some people and not others. If a dog's personality does not suit you, don't force the relationship, try borrowing another one instead!
