Where to find the 24/7 veterinary emergency hotline number?
Answer
The veterinary emergency hotline number is available to subscribers only as premium members.
If you are using the website, you can find the number on the veterinary emergency assistance page (you must be logged in and be a premium borrower member to access this page).
If you are using the mobile app, go to "your account" (by clicking on your photo at the top right of the home page of the app), then go to the veterinary emergency assistance section on this page.
Note: the veterinary emergency hotline number should only be used in case of emergency, to avoid overloading the assistance line and to provide very responsive advice in emergency situations.
